Objectives:

• Deliver an effective, compliant and innovative research programme

• Execute effective consortium organisation, communication and management of deliverables including report to the Marine Institute

• Maintain a risk management plan throughout the project

• Establish and operate data management, sharing, archiving, and integration system

Tasks:

• Administrative, legal and financial coordination

• Project organisation and consortium communication

• Quality management, and co-ordination of deliverables

• Project strategy and risk management

• Implement Data Management Plan

• Establish and operate Data Management, Sharing, Archiving, and Integration System

• Annual financial reports

• Annual technical reports

• Final technical report
